GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1

Duration of the stay

Each night is payable in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed between the Owner and the Customer.

A Customer who books accommodation with a Guest House Owner for a fixed period may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain in the premises.

Article 2

Online booking

The general terms and conditions of sale and cancellation relating to online bookings remain the same as for bookings by telephone or e-mail.

Online booking solutions require you to tick the box ‘acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale’ before any purchase.

Any tourist tax included in the price of the room will be specified on the establishment's invoice.

On receipt of the online reservation, the Customer will receive a confirmation email from La Reverdie.

Article 3

Room prices

The rates shown are per room, per night, based on two people. Breakfast and tourist tax are included in the price.

Rates do not include any additional services, such as Qi Gong initiation or bike hire.

Article 4

Secure payment

For your financial transactions, the la-reverdie.fr website uses an external payment solution. With this system, your credit card payment is made directly to the secure server of the online bank. At no time will your credit card number be communicated to La Reverdie.

Article 5

Cancellation of the stay by the client

Any change of date or room will only be possible after consultation with and agreement by the Owner. This will be done according to availability on the date of the request, and may result in additional charges.

In the event of cancellation by the Customer, the payment made may be refunded in full if the change is made 30 days before the booking date.

From 30 days before the booking date, 50% of the payment made will be retained and 100% from 48 hours before the booking date.

In the event of early departure during the stay, the full amount of the service booked will be due.

Article 6

Cancellation of the stay by the Owner

If the owner has to cancel the booking before the start of the holiday, he will inform the customer immediately and refund the full amount paid.

In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be due.

Article 7

Timetable

Arrival and departure times are to be confirmed by the Owner according to room availability.

Rooms cannot be checked in before 5 p.m. or after 9 p.m., except by prior arrangement.

Check-out is at 11am.

Article 8

Use of the premises

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted in the house, bedrooms or communal areas.

For everyone's comfort, we ask everyone to respect the peace and quiet of the premises, particularly in the case of children, who will be under the responsibility of their parents during their stay, who will ensure that they respect the rules of good manners.

The Customer is asked to respect all the furniture and objects on the site. The Customer undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition, and to declare and assume financially, if necessary, any damage or broken or lost objects for which he/she is responsible. In the event of the Customer losing a room key, he/she is expressly warned of the cost of replacing the key, which he/she will have to bear, i.e. the sum of €70, given the old nature of the locks.

Article 9

Modification of the GTC

The Owner reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale if this proves necessary for the smooth running of the premises.
