On this looped route, you will crisscross vineyards, admire beautiful stone buildings tucked away in valleys.
Fill up on oxygen as you climb to Castelnau-de-Montmiral with the wind at your back (thanks to electric assistance). After taking a break on Place des Arcades, set out to explore this perched village, which was voted the "Most Beautiful Village in France." Then, beat your speed record on the descent through fields of lavender, truffles, and olive trees.
When you're thirsty, stop at Domaine Plageoles, a leader in the Gaillac vineyard revival based on organically grown native grape varieties. At the end of the route, take a moment to admire the Château de Mauriac before continuing on to the Reverdie.
